With over 30 years experience as a Conveyancer/Conveyancing Manager, managing the conveyancing teams within both small and large private practice and commercial law firms across Melbourne and Geelong, Katherine commenced at Natoli Howell Lawyers in 2023 with a wealth of experience behind her.

 

Katherine has a Diploma of Conveyancing, and a Diploma of Counselling.  While the latter qualification is unrelated to her role as Conveyancing Manager, she will attest to how the knowledge and skillset she has gained as a qualified counsellor has greatly assisted in how she works and collaborates with her colleagues, how she communicates with her clients, and how she has managed teams and continues to manage her team.

 

At the forefront of Katherine’s daily approach to her work is the delivery of client services that are second-to-none.  Katherine takes this very seriously and with enormous pride and you can be assured you are in excellent hands when dealing with her.

 

While Katherine has substantial experience with stand-alone conveyances for both sales and purchases, her speciality is working for Developers with respect to off-the-plan subdivisions, including broad-acre subdivisions, low and high-rise residential developments and mixed business developments.  She also has extensive experience working with corporations and their divestment projects and with non-for-profit organisations with respect to their acquisitions and developments for social housing and disability support housing.

 

Just some of Katherine’s Development projects she has managed the conveyancing for in the past include, the Yarra’s Edge Towers, Docklands – several towers and marina berths with over 300 apartments in each (Mirvac), Eastbourne in East Melbourne – luxury apartment complex (Mirvac), Windermere Estate – Over 8000 lot subdivision (Risland, formerly Country Garden Victoria), Waverley Park, Mulgrave and Harcrest, Wantirna South – each over 800 lot subdivisions (Mirvac).
